Cellist Bion Tsang is internationally recognized as one of the greatest instrumentalists of his generation. In 1978, at the age of eleven, he made his debut with Zubin Mehta and the New York Philharmonic. He has continued to perform as a recitalist, chamber musician, recording artist and soloist with the major orchestras of the world. In November of 1997 Mr. Tsang played the Brahms Double Concerto with Chee-Yun and the Greenwich Symphony Orchestra, and in October of 2001 he was soloist with the GSO in the Dvořák Cello Concerto.
